Half a day on-site.
Dig to where the real leverage is.
Get an actionable report.
€300.

A clear picture of the handful of things worth fixing, and what to do about them.

On the day

On-site visit. 3–4 hours going through how the business runs and what keeps you up at night. You talk; I listen, ask questions, and follow the threads to the high-leverage issues.

What you walk away with

A concise report in plain English. Bottlenecks turned into prioritised problem statements with recommendations on next steps. Yours to act on, with or without me.

What happens after

If the report surfaces something worth tackling together, we scope a Stage 2 engagement (see The Method). If not, the report stands on its own. No pressure either way.

Get in touch

I'll give you a 15-minute call to hear what's on your mind and sort the logistics.

Have questions first? You might find them answered below.

Things you're probably wondering

Is my business the right fit?

If you're running a 1-20 person, owner-led business in Ireland, you're squarely the audience. If you're unsure, use the form above and we'll figure it out on the call.

Do I need a specific problem in mind?

No. The whole point of the diagnosis is to get you clear on the 2-3 things that will actually move the needle. You bring the business knowledge, I bring structure, systems thinking, and the right questions to follow.

What do I need to prepare before the session?

Nothing formal. Just be ready to talk openly about how the business actually runs, what takes up most of your time, and what's been on your mind.

Where in Ireland?

Anywhere. Face to face is always the first choice, with video as a backup plan.

When do I pay the €300?

After you fill in the form, I'll call you for a quick 15 minutes to confirm the date and logistics. Payment comes after that call, not before.

Is the €300 refundable?

No. You're paying for the half-day on-site and the findings report. The report is yours to keep and act on, whatever you decide after.

Do I have to commit to anything after?

No commitment beyond the diagnosis. If something in the report is worth tackling together, we'll proceed to Stage 2 (see The Method).
