Emir Ergun

I'm Emir. 17 years inside big tech and professional services, most recently at New Relic and LinkedIn, where I led go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and program management. Before that: sales, executive recruitment, and finance. PMP® certified. MBA in strategy.

The thread through all of it: business acumen accumulated across diverse functions, companies, and hundreds of customers. My trade is figuring out what actually moves a business, and helping the people running it focus there.

Why Irish Small Businesses

I've been in Ireland for 12 years. This is home. I believe that the small businesses that keep the Irish economy running deserve better support than they typically get. So after almost two decades inside corporate, I want to spend the next chapter helping small businesses prosper.

All businesses need someone who can think strategically and execute. Big corporates pay consultancies six figures. Funded startups have advisors on speed dial. The practices, trades, shops and studios that make up the local economy don't get that: the operator sitting in the room, asking what's slowing you down, and helping you attack it. They should. That's what this is about.

Outside the Work
